Joe runs a shamble of a business. I worked for him up to the day he refused to pay me. He is an alcoholic who drinks on the job site behind closed doors. He is a cheat who steals material from one site to bring to another. You could say he calls it costs of building a home. The two reviews here are from Wayne whom he is good friends with and Zaneta who is also a family friend, so dont count on them. I worked alongside him for over a year and I know him to be a degenerate scumbag of a human being.

Joe and his crew did a full second story addition to our house and it came out great. It was built exactly like the plans called for, and the inspector passed it with a comment of "Perfect framing as usual". A+

Joe is a great constructor who knows how to get the job done right. He has built my house and finished as planned . The inspectors loved his job. The inspector said that the job was clean and was done neatly. Joe is dependable and the right man for the job.
