Stole my mother's down payment didn't do anything we asked, would not provide receipt for raw materials supposedly bought, wouldn't send pic of second item even though he said he would. Refuses to refund down payment and we would not trust to do work at this point. So basically we feel our elderly mothers down payment of $3000 was stolen. Buyer beware and never pay in cash as it looks like Ma consumer affairs will dismiss complaint even with signed agreement if you don't have a cancelled check. We are still in process and then on to court.
