    deck, cabinets
    $3,000

If you are thinking about hiring Justin, I recommend otherwise.
Unfortunately, I did not see his other poor reviews prior to hiring him. Not only was my experience the same as his other poor online reviews, but I live locally and now know of other jobs he has done and it seems his business practices are consistently bad.
I hired him for 2 jobs: in both cases his completed work was worse than before he started.
The real surprise though was when contacting him after he completed the jobs: he was very personable prior to doing the work and seemed like a nice guy. After he would not return my wife's calls about her dissatisfaction and I contacted him, all I got was attitude, excuses, and I was especially surprised at his attempt at an aggressive, threatening tone.

If you need work done, do not hire Justin under any circumstances, and save yourself your hard-earned money and the aggravation of dealing with him.

I have had him replace cabinets, build a deck.install windows.put a new roof on my home.install tile flooring.almost everything in my home Justin has done and the work is excellent. I really can not tell you anything bad about this company. I will continue to use him for years to come.

I have a signed contract with L & H Construction to renovate my house for a fixed rate of $25,000. I have had trouble getting ahold of them- since he's ignored a majority of my text messages. They were supposed to have completed the work by August 1st, 2018. It is now August 10th. He then had guaranteed me it would be finished by the 14th, so I could move out of my current place on the 15th. I've paid them $16,666 upfront (2/3 of contracted price). At a later date, I also paid them another $6,885 for work not included in the original contract. The $6,885 contracted is about 3/4 finished. L & H Construction gave me another $11,000 bill for them to continue the work. This extra $11,000 is not in any contract that I have with them and is an extra that they are wanting me to pay above and beyond both fixed contracts. This $11,000 work is in the original contract and is not something I agreed on. When I asked for a break down of the bill, he sent me a very vague generalization of what I "owed". In that itemized bill, $16,000 was just in labor, which he had applied the amount for the original contract towards. We were not contracted to pay per hour, but a fixed rate that included labor and materials. In his bill, he also indicated that since day 1, nothing in the original contract had been done. The $16,666 was paid specifically for that original contract, and he had made it sound as though he was keeping that money separate to use for the originally contracted items. The owner, Justin, refuses to meet with me and talk about this problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

    Replace windows
    $850

They performed several jobs for me and we paid them over $20,000 to do those jobs. The last job we agreed on I paid him approximately $850 in advance to replace a couple windows (I paid him in advance because I was going out of town for several weeks) He took the money and never did the job. I tried contacting him by phone, by text and by email with no reply. I told him he could pay me back or we could work it out by him doing extra work and I would buy the materials...in the end he just took the money and I never heard from him again.
