The reason everyone in this site has 5 stars is bc that Is the only option that works. But read carefully all reviews of these criminals. Justin Schifflet installed a “brand new” HVAC unit in my brand new home a year ago. That unit has worked properly less than 8 of the 13 months since the home was built. I have called Justin 5x over the last 7 months to get zero responses. No one else will repair a system that was installed by someone else and is under warranty so my compressor has not been functional for 6 months. To stay warm this winter my furnace ran completely on auxiliary. That used 3x the kWh from a normal, functioning home. In my messages I explained to Justin that I have a 3 year old child in this home that was 84 degrees this afternoon. I’ve never received a return call. This unit has needed repair 3x in the first year of my home being built. But Justin has never returned a call. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever buy a home built by Carlos and Melanie Lane, that was provided HVAC by Armstrong and Justin Schifflett. That is certainly a racket that you do not want to be involved in. I have a $300k home that is worth about half that bc nothing in the home actually works.
