  Entire house remodel

  According to the profile above, this "contractor" has an active license(s) when in fact he does not
  Hired him in 2016 to be general contractor on my first flip-biggest mistake I ever made
  Neither he or his "crew" knows anything about construction,carpentry, plumbing or electrical, though I was assured they were qualified and could handle the job in 45 days or less
  2 months later the house was in considerably worse condition than when they began
  No working plumbing , electrical etc
  When I told him the Sheetrock texture job was unacceptable, he hung up on me (texture was so horrific I had to hire a real pro to skim coat entire house)
  By the time I got out to work site his crew was gone along with all materials I had purchased that had not yet been installed- a considerable amount
  In all I lost approximately $25 K to this thief and con artist

  Replace railings

  Hired these guys to replace the railings on some of our decks. None of their miters matched up. The railings werent level there were gaps left in the siding the railings werent even consistent with the other railing THEY built. When they removed one of the railings they pulled one of the 2x10 crossbeams off the end and instead of telling us it needed to be replaced and replacing it they just cut all the floor boards on the deck back and started building the railing with only one board for support we had to tear down the railing they started then replace the supporting boards and all the deck boards to repair it. We called him to have these issues resolved he started yelling at us then hung up. He called back a couple minutes later to say his guys weren't coming back to finish the job they started. Because he was supposed to haul away all the debris from the old railings I called him to see if they were going to pick it up and he said to take it off his bill. Then he started yelling at me about permits he didnt get. The conversation started to heat up thats when he began threatening me and calling me a bitch. BEWARE!!!
