We contacted Justin on 2/7 after a tree had fallen on our electric line and bent broke the mast. We were unable to have power reconnected until the issue was fixed. With the freezing temps, we were in a hurry to get the power back on to heat the house and prevent any pipes from freezing...etc. He was quick to give us a quote the next day and was able to start/ finish the repairs the next day. (2/9). We agreed on a price even though his quote was higher than the others we received but we were desperate to get the work done immediately. The quote included him driving to the Patrick County permit office. Instead, he mailed them a check and delayed the entire process for several days. We did not get reconnected until 2/18. After not hearing from him for several days, I finally called the inspectors office and had to set up the inspection and then then the reconnection. Justin also left the 8 ft electrical pole and wire mess in the middle of our yard. I am a very fair person and I contacted him and asked him to adjust the price since he did not drive to the permit office and left the debris at the worksite. His reply was very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend..

Justin did a 3000 square foot addition for us. He was neat, punctual and knows his business. As a Professional Electrical Engineer, I have an eye for quality, and he gets a thumbs up for sure. I would recommend him for any size project!
