Working with JV Construction was like working with a second rate contractor who never showed up on site, as well as neve reviewed the actual custom plans. He would make his own decisions on what was in the home owners best interest and then proceeded to blame his subcontractors for the lack of following his instruction. To include Climate Masters being told to put the material where they see fit because they were not informed of where the unit should go. If you have to choose a custom contractor, go with anyone else than this company, if you want it done right the first time and without issues. Go with someone who wants to make your dream home, not his dream home.
