Our job started off good. It was projected to last 5 weeks to two months. But somewhere along the way, the workers were assigned to other jobs and gave us only one day a week or less. At the start, the contractor and the plumber communicated with each other. That, too, broke down and I had to mediate between them. Then we realized that the finishing work was sloppy and done poorly. I had to watch very closely to get it all done. Oh, the project took a year to complete!

I strive to present top-notch service in all department. The Plumber was contracted individualy by you, you signed direct contract with the plumber. It was not my duty to oversee the plumber schedulle of the work because we did not included in my contract. What we included was the bathroom demolition, install new tile and bathroom floor and shower and bathtub walls, repaired all the plumbing demolition work and installed new pavers at the leftside hall way of the house. The proyect took more time than we exspected because during the inspection process it was requiered by the inspector official two plans reviews and in the city of miami beach each review took more than a month to be approved by the building department, on top of that during the scavation of the trench for the new sanitary pipes to be connected with the sewer pipe, It was rainy season and the plumbing company was not allowed to work in the trench due to the trench that was flooded several times. We were so fortunate to have had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Jose Vicente Perez (JVP Construction Group) for the entire remodeling of our high rise condominium unit. Jose Vicente was available to us 24/7 (which was so refreshing). He surrounds himself with great subcontractors (which he has known for many years) and everyone worked great together. Our building has placed his company on the “go to” contractor’s list (which is seldom done). He adhered to all the building’s rules and regulations without issues. He ascertained that we were extremely happy with all the work that was done. Jose Vicente is one-of-kind and gained our full confidence and total respect. He is a man of his word. We highly recommend JVP Construction Group.
