Victor was contacted 2 weeks ago to fix my heating system. He said that he knew what was the problem and would order a part before he would come over to fix the problem now this is without seeing the unit. After weeks of saying that the wrong part kept coming in he finally showed up this past Friday. When he went to install the part he said that I should replace the whole unit but he can do a rebuild on it so I said alright. Now at the beginning the problem was no hot water but I had heat. So he took the unit apart and said he would be back the next day that now I would be without heat or hot water for one night. So now it's Wednesday and I have been without heat or hot water for 5 days and it is really getting cold in my house. He says he is coming and never shows up. I have many medical conditions that are being affected by the cold I am constantly in. I don't know what to do because the unit is taken apart and don't know if another plumber will take over the repair. I gave this business 1 star because if I could give negative stars too it. Please do not use him as your plumber stay away
