Build a deck

$4,300

JW Builders was paid 4300 to build a deck on the front of my mobile home. he partially built the deck onto the old 8x8 deck that was rotten and then never completed it. I now have a judgement against him for $4200. He put all his possessions into his wife and son`s name to look like he owns nothing, so he won`t have to pay the judgement!
