I hire John Cresta "JWC Plumbing & Heating Systems: for three new boylers and it has been of the worst experience I've had. This guy destroyed my house, (I paid to someone to fixed all the holes that Mr. Cresta Open) on top for the heat loan that I am paying every month to cover the cost to Mr. Cresta charge me. This guy works unprofesional. The heating systems they installed was faulty leving my three tenants with children wihout heat for several months. Despite multiples calls no resolution. The boyler still gave me alot of problems and will call another company who told me that the installations everything wrong. I can't udnerstand how a person like Mr. Cresta can hold a plumber's license, putting several families at risk. and I don't undertand how the inspector from the city approved this job. Now I have to pay to fix the systems again. I am proceding with the state to file compalint to John Cresta. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
