I have experience working with JWM Restoration during the past two years on two different projects at two different locations. The service is great and the owner very responsive and reliable. Pricing is reasonable. Always shows up when he says he will and completes within his estimated time frame. He estimates are on target. He is always willing to take on extra projects while he is at the site. I can't say enough good things about him and his crew. I have been in the rental business for 35 years and own several personal properties so I appreciate him as a reliable contractor. Business owner in Philadelphia

Jeremy is a very nice guy with an aw-shucks attitude. The customer this and the customer that. He'll tell you about his personalized service and how he draws the cabinet plans out by hand to make sure that they are correct. He'll tell you that quality is his only advertisement. Don't believe it.
We hired Jeremy to renovate a kitchen. Unfortunately, we got Jeremy each morning from 8-9 AM before he went off to finish a more important job; we got his crew, limited supervision, and mistakes.
And although very likely a talented carpenter, Jeremy's real talent lies with excuses. For example, I told him, before the wall went up, that the outlet boxes weren't level. It was easy to see. Jeremy said he'd take a look and, later, that he'd checked and that they were level. Unfortunately, he had his young team check and they measured from the floor. Presumably this was how the mistake occurred in the first place. I'd be happy to share with you photo of outlets in beautiful backsplash with a slope of 2" over 5 feet. Atrocious. And he blamed it on the electrician.
Grout didn't find its way between all the tiles, the garbage disposal leaked, the five coats of poly on the butcher block counter that was supposed to last for a long time disappeared in <3 months. Two coats at the most. And the estimate for this job - 6 weeks. The actual - 12.
Tracking Jeremy down for fixes could be a full-time job. "I'll be there Tuesday." We took that to mean next Tuesday - not some random Tuesday in the future. Been waiting 11 months and counting.
If you have a project that you'd be happy to have apprentices complete with minimal supervision and if you don't mind not level and less attention to detail, Jeremy is your man.
