No absolutely not! I wouldn’t recommend him to nobody! He will take your money and run. It was a mess from start to finish from him lying about the retaining wall . I went picked out the kind I wanted from the location he told me to go to. Then he puts up the retaining wall it is no where close to the color I picked out. I went back to the store to get more blocks after he finished they had no account of KENNETH PHILLIPS from LANDRUM SC. I came home with the blocks and they weren’t the same!! He didn’t put the pool where we told him to put. Then to top it off the concrete was a DISASTER, I mean DISASTER! It has cracks and gashes discoloring. It was slick surface, like it should be in work shop. He told us he didn’t pressure after he completes the pool . I have never known a pool man that doesn’t clean after his job. But this man is the one who NOT only doesn’t stand by his work , he doesn’t CLEAN after his job is completed. I understand now why, bc after my hubby pressured washed concrete started coming up!! So now we have CRACKS and holes, discoloring . You can see foam coming out of concrete from around the pool. I forgot to mention KENNETH didn’t grade our yard right so when it rained this past summer it flooded our house , so that was another two thousand to get that fixed. And to get concrete right will cost almost as much as the pool. Save your self the trouble and stress don’t use him! He laughed when we tried to talk to him about our concerns. He is nothing but a joke! Oh and we found out he doesn’t have pool licenses. Again lose his number !!
