K Bar Construction built a 2309 sf single family home for us. They were what one should expect from your General Contractor. Things will go wrong but K Bar acknowledged them a nd made corrections as necessary. Its Owner, Kelly McBride has a singular philosophy and that is to work with the Client to produce the product the Client is happy with. He is agreeable and easy to work with. Costs are reasonable. We recommend K Bar.
