If I had it to do all over I’d never use this company to install my chain link fence. I went through Lowe’s and was set up with them. First it took 4 days to get ahold of them to schedule the install they were supposed to call me I finally had to call them only to be met with an excuse. Go the install scheduled and was told someone needed to be here so PTO was taken from work to be here. Got home and about 5 minutes after they were supposed to be here and I had taken the day off I was called saying they wasn’t coming because they had to finish another job. In my opinion that should have been a call I got either the night before or when they first opened up. Then they finally make it to the house to set the poles. Ken tells me today we will set the poles and I will be back Monday to finish the job since we don’t work weekends. Ok all good! Monday rolls around and more time off of work for a no call no show. So early afternoon I call to see what’s going on...the response...oh ma’am I am sorry Ken was in an accident over the weekend and we won’t make it today. GREAT! Thanks for the fantastic communication. They then proceeded to tell me if we don’t make it on Tuesday because of the weather we WILL be there Wednesday morning we promise. So, the wife stays home on Wednesday for them to yep you guessed it NOT SHOW UP! So the excuse this time was our truck wouldn’t start. But did they call first thing in the morning. Nope it was 2 in the afternoon. So then I reach out to our project coordinator through Lowe’s and give them the run down. She then let’s me know she spoke with the guys and they promised I was the only job for Thursday and it would be completely finished. They wouldn’t leave until it is done. I pull up and before I could get out of my vehicle they were pulling off. But...my fence isn’t done. Why you ask...they didn’t have all they needed so they had to go to Lowe’s to get it and that set them back. I call the project coordinator again and let her know. She was like yeah I know they called me to let me know. And I was like why wasn’t I informed?? She then was like oh I didn’t know you wanted to be kept informed. REALLY!! Oh my effing God! Seriously!!! After my conversation with her about how unhappy I was the day before. You don’t think a customer wants to be informed??!! For the love of everything holy. So...today is the day hopefully they finish. Not to mention they have scratched the ever loving crap out of the materials. We ordered a black chain link fence. Scratched all to hell. This has all taken place since June 04, 2020. Yeah this is how this company is being ran as of TODAY June 12th 2020. My recommendation is do not use this company if you can avoid it. I am also half tempted to say the same about Lowe’s. This project started out great but is not ending well at all!

This contractor was AWFUL!
The guys were unprofessional and lazy. They went to my neighbors houses asking if they needed jobs done instead of doing their job.
When the job was what he called complete, EVERYTHING was wrong with it. Railings were more than 6" difference in height and there were scratches and holes in the expensive materials. His solution was to "caulk it. You would barely notice it". WHAT?This company's u professionalism did not end there. I am also remodeling my basement and have a dumpster for it. They did not ask to dump their own materials in this dumpster which I was paying for and filled it so I had to have it hauled away without finishing my basement! When I had reached the end of my rope and confronted the horrible job he has been doing, he told me to tell him what to do. I should not have to teach him how to measure things. That is what I hired him for. Then he was screaming at me for getting him in trouble with his higher authority. It was ridiculous. The place that I had gone through for my improvement on my house is a large company and hired this horrible company. The man was angry that I called his superior and after he left, he "finished building" all while screaming profanities which were heard my myself, my young kids and most of the neighborhood. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE SERVICES!
The project was supposed to be finished September 17th. It is the middle of November. He just finished. HORRIBLE! What he did needs to be torn off and another contractor is coming in to fix it entirely. They even have to tear out the support beams from the ground because they mismeasured so horribly.
