    K&G repaired a foundation problem that we had at our former house. The house is on a steeply sloped ravine lot and the foundation under the attached garage was cracked and bowed. I felt that the problem had to be cured before we could reasonably put the house on the market with a clear conscience.

    Basic repairs were spec'd by a structural engineer and required removal of the garage floor, excavation of the base to allow for inserting rebar into three walls that tied the floor and the walls together and rebar in the floor and a concrete beam under the floor. The project was more complicated than expected because the old floor was about two feet thick on one wall. K&G worked with the engineer to upgrade the spec and completed the job at a very reasonable price given the unknowns that they had to deal with.

    I feel that the job went very will and I highly recommend them. I hope I never have a problem like that again but if I did I would use them again.
