I worked with Katheryn for over 15 years on my home in Plano, my sister’s home in Plano and my parents home in Farmers Branch on bathroom remodels. She did a good job on those projects however when I asked her to help me oversee my remodel in Highland Park which began in 2016 it was a completely different matter. She was not onsite and I had to oversee the project. I was GC and I paid her to help manage the project. I paid her staff weekly to oversee the construction. The work was not up to my standards, tile that was installed crooked had to be redone, marble was installed cracked and I had to call it to her attention. She was absentee and constantly blamed the issues on others. Nothing is ever her fault. She called me to complain about me using Carrera and Callacutta white marble in the kitchen and baths and the problems that would result from that. My goal was to create a unique high end product which I think is beyond her capability. If I wanted Home Depot granite installed I could have gone directly to them.
