You were sent to my home through American Home Shield. The initial visit/ service was fine. I was told of the cost of the repairs and the price that wasn't covered by the warranty company. It was much higher than I wanted to pay but I needed my AC. The repairs were made and I was cool and happy. Then 2 weeks later my AC broke again while it was still under the 30 day guarantee. You promptly set a date to came and assess the problem. I was told that "We intentionally cut the cord/wire/metal" and that it wasn't covered by my policy. Why would I ever do that? I don't have money to keep replacing parts to my AC. If there was damage to anything it would have been there with the previous visit. The technician was very unprofessional to even suggest that. I would never recommend you to anyone for anything. I am currently waiting to see how much my "intentional damage" will be. If I could leave no stars I would but I need my review to be seen by any and everyone.
