K And K LLC is run by the son, Carlo, and his father Luis. The son and father have been on my property 3-4x and after much review we finally agreed to the fathers terms on my roof repair.
After day 1 their roofing crew was already NOT showing up and when they did. They had a lack of materials to even finish the job and when I contact Carlo and Luis they made excuse after excuse. I have proof of texts, photos and much more to justify my complaint and this review. After texts today they told me the lawyer would call to cut a check and their lawyer encouraged me to file a law suit b.c it is how he gets paid. " go ahead and file b.c I make more money this way". The bottom line is this. I paid them what they wanted and agreed to and now, I am in the middle of the contractor and roofer dispute.
