We were very worried about doing the major project of taking out the huge radiators in a our smaller house and putting in Air conditioning. We were so lucky to have had Mr. Truong do the service! He and his crew were super fast with the installation, stayed on budget, and was very good with clean up after the job. Communication, customer service, reliability A++++++

Having Nathan to set up our HVAC system during the remodeling of our house is probably the best decision we ever made in this process. We have an oud house with baseboard heating. We have been hesitating in deciding whether to proceed with a proper central air condition system to power this old but spacious colonial. We are concerned that the duct will cause the loss of ceiling space.
After extensive research on this subject, we have decided that discussing this with experts to start with. I have consulted with several friends in construction business. Surprisingly, they all point to Nathan! Two of such friends actually have Nathan set up the HVAC during the construction of their personal houses! Even so, I still talked with several different HVAC experts. Nathan impressed me the most! He is incredibly efficient in doing the assessment and showed up promptly as scheduled although he has had a very busy schedule to start with. He spent hours doing the precise measurement although I have not given the promise that I will hire him for the work at that time. He actually took the initiative to talk to our general contractor to know the whole plot before he came up with the plan! None of the others we talked to bother to do that. It means that he is really into the detail in planning. After reviewing the proposals from the different companies, we have decided to go with Nathan. The decision was NOT difficult to make at that point since Nathan outline the most detail plan and the backup strategies. I have seen it in any other proposals and everyone else just said, we will come up a plan if that happen and obviously those answer is not good enough for us. We also like Nathan’s plan since by his design, we do NOT loss ceiling space, which is very important to us.
Nathan has a great team! They work very efficiently. Since he has a very detailed plan, it was carried out without any unexpected event. He actually finished the work ahead of the plan. In addition, Nathan provided excellent after work services and maintenance, we are very happy with the excellent work. Thank you, Nathan! It really exceeds our expectation!
I highly recommend Nathan’s service to anyone considering adding or maintaining of your HVAC!

Replaced 2 old boilers in a two unit building with 2 new high-efficiency gas, forced air heat and cooling systems. One unit required all new duct work. Very professional job - the systems look and work great. Has quickly fixed any small problems that have come up. On top of all that, he gave the best quote. Highly recommended.

Nathan and his team are highly responsive and professional. I have always received a response to any inquiry within hours. Truong's Heating and AC installed one new forced hot air/AC unit in my house and they have serviced my other two units. The temperature control in my house is excellent ever since they installed the new unit. The quality of their work is always excellent. They also stand behind their work and are very reasonable with pricing. If I have a heating or cooling problem, I know it will be taken care of quickly and with care. I highly recommend Truong's Heating and AC.

Called the company for an estimate and Nathan was very responsive unlike other contractors. He sent his manager the very next day to my house for an assessment. Tom was very honest with his assessment of our HVAV system. Unfortunate, our system requires a general contractor to open up the wall and ceiling, which is not their specialty. The price they quote without open up the wall is reasonable. They will be the first one I call in the future for any Heating AC related service

We had multiple vendors quote us on installation of a 2 zone AC system in a much modified 1940's Cape. Nathan was a pleasure to work with and provided real solutions to problems. He also did not charge the 'Concord' premium everyone else seems to do! He delivered what he said, when he said, and was very open when he felt there was a better or cheaper option. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. He has continued to provide PM service as needed.

After having multiple issues with my furnace and AC including ceiling leaks, Nathan and his crew came in and replaced everything in 2 days. Price is reasonable and they work very fast, are respectful and leave the job site clean. I highly recommend them!
