    Wow, I had a similar experience as the other reviewer here. My experience was so bad and his behavior was so outrageous that I actually thought he was suffering from some sort of mental illness. He is unreliable and when you try to reason with him he rants at you and doesn't even make sense. I would never recommend him to anyone. Can't believe he is featured at Angie's List!

    Kamer is the most rude, unprofessional and unethical architect I've ever used. On his first visit, he surprised me by not taking the measurements he needed saying it was "too cold" out (it was about forty degrees and he had not brought any equipment). He came a second time and seemed upset that there was a light rain and quickly took some fast measurements and was very insistent on a downpayment even though he had not scoped and priced the project. After giving him a downpayment he took a long time to give me an estimate for my small project and when he did it was outrageously expensive. When I told him to return my deposit and I would find another architect he quickly cut his price by 1/3! Then it took him a long time to finally finish the drawings and again he was focused on getting his money as quickly as possible. I paid him, and then needed him to tweak the plans before going final and he again took a long time to respond and demanded payment upfront worth 1/3 of the total for maybe an hour worth of work on his CAD system at the most. When I told him that was unreasonable he sent me an extremely rude email telling me that "I am the sole decision maker of my fee, like a Lawyer or a Doctor does. I am not supposed to disclose to you what my hourly charge is or how long it will take me to do the work." I strongly advise other customers to stay away from this man.
