    Neil's team was a great help cleaning my yard last spring - 30 bags of leaves, a lot of brush trimming, and lots of concrete blocks and rock moved. Looking forward to the next steps in the spring - retaining wall and a fire pit area where there was previously a big hillside. Very happy with Neil and his team's work.

    We hired them to install in our bathroom. They did an absolutely amazing job! So happy we went with a mix of porcelain & stone tile as they had recommended. Will be hiring them again in the future.

    Landscaping was unfinished, dangerous, delivery guy was seriously hurt. Overcharged, not to code. Bathtub controls are out of reach. Sauna and downstairs walkout are unusable. Totally trashed my property. his girlfriend kicked my puppy in the head. She would steal items from my home, if she thought I wasn't looking. And will not give invoices for the $181,000. That I paid him to update a small 1000ft. Ranch. I'm a single old lady, new to the area and I feel totally ripped off, embarrassed and completely depressed about the huge expensive mess Neil left me

    We worked on your projects starting in 2015. You continued to hire us for additional work until 2018. The projects were charged as work was completed & you never had a problem with the cost or the projects until all of the remodeling was near completion. We remodeled your sauna, remodel both bathrooms, both bedrooms, remodel your kitchen, replaced all of the lights, installed brand new fans, replaced all of your doors & storm doors, insulated your attic & exterior sheeting, replaced your siding with cedar siding, installed new roof sheeting, replaced your roofing, replaced your garage doors, installed a brand new deck, installed an exterior eve, installed solar panels, installed a greenhouse, etc. We installed the flooring in your kitchen/dining room area twice because you decided you didn't like the flooring you originally selected & we recommended against installing. We painted your siding twice because you decided you didn't like the original color you selected for your home. Your dog was never kicked, we loved your dog. The delivery man was injured slipping on the ice you refused to put out salt for. No one stole anything from your house. The shower controls were put in so they would be handicap accessible while showering, as you requested. You were never billed $181,000. That is an over inflation of the actual costs, which were appropriate for amount of work you requested over a 3yr period. You have lived in the house for 5 years. If you weren't happy with the work, you could have stated so within the 3yrs we worked on your house. Since working for you, we have learned you withheld payment to at least three different local contractors when work was nearly completed.
