Mr. Neill performed concrete work for me two years ago this past May and the sidewalks and steps are pitting, chipping, and crumbling. He came and looked at the problem in February 2018 and promised to remedy it in Spring 2018, first in early May, then late May/early June. I have called and texted three times and he has not returned my calls nor has he made any effort to fix the concrete.

I had a roof installed which was great. Next had siding, soffit and facia, and gutters and downspout. The downspots are falling off of the house. The gutters are now loose. They did not finish the alunimum trim around the doors. I spoke to K Neill and was told the weather was too bad and would fix everything in spring. Here we are the next winter and he will not redpond.
