KPS was already installed in our new home when we purchased it. We have had many problems with the service and the system. The turn around time on service has been very slow. When I complained about the system and stated I would probabely just cancel I was told by the tech that there was a contract and it would cost me $$$ to get out of it. How is that for customer service? I would not recommend this company for home security.
