I called Thursday morning because we had water pooling on the front lawn. Kendall sent a man out a short time later to assess the situation and Kendall and crew showed up at 8:30 am Friday morning. They had to dig in a flowerbed with a stone wall. They were done in just under 2 hours, including pipe replaced and wall put back up. We have used K. Reinford for multiple house issues and always had a good experience.

He has bailed me out twice in a very timely manner. Once when I broke my fathers well line while digging a post hole, he was there within the hour to fix it. A second time my well pump was short cycling and he sent a guy out within 2 hours to replace the pressure tank saving me the cost of replacing my well pump. Honest, prompt, reasonable priced.

We had a horrible experience with K Reinford Plumbing!! The owner of the company (Kendell) never called me back even after calling the "emergency" line (which was his personal cell phone number) after calling him multiple times and even texting him....he never called us back and just left us in the lurch to figure out the problem ourselves... thankfully my husband had friends who are plumbers who were able to fix the problem in the course of a Saturday. Would NEVER recommend K Reinford Plumbing to anyone who has a more complex plumbing problem because clearly this plumbing company is not capable to handle more complex jobs!!

We were given him as recommendation to take care of a leak from toilet when
emergency. Got immediate help and treated courteously/professionally.
Discouraged to see two bad reports listed, but so far, things have been good
with us. We are hopeful to use for future needs. -
