Kevin stopped responding to my messages and did not come to the house. We had communicated for several weeks and had set a day to come to the house. In my last message, I simply asked if he was coming at Noon or at 6 PM because it wasn't clear in the previous messages what time he'd be coming. He never responded and he never showed up.
