On January 6, 2014, in 6 degree weather, Kenny and his helper responded to my call for help at one of my rental properties within an hour at 3 PM. West Penn Power had discovered that the meter socket was defective. Kenny replaced the socket and the weatherhead by 5PM, including the required inspection. By 8PM West Penn Power had reconnected the power and my tenants had heat again. I can't thank him enough.

Ken and his Crew came out when my main power box lost power and burned up inside. He was here by the next day. We looked over the job and the next day we had it done. He came back hooked up a Hot tub months later and set me up with a generator that has worked for me well. I am about to upgrade generator since I now have Natural Gas And I am sure he will do as he lways does. His Best! Thanks Ken Give him a call when needed.
