    Bathroom Remodel project

    Kurt just finished a bathroom upgrade for us. Honest review below.

    PROS: On cost and personality, Kurt would get 3-4 stars. He’s nice and his prices are reasonable. His estimations of cost were close to what they ended up at, which is important.
    He also has a nice showroom where you can look at cabinets, counters, etc.

    CONS: On communication, Kurt would only get 1 or 2 stars. My husband and I never knew what the schedule was.
    I expected that Kurt would give us updates as things went along, but we found we were always texting him for information, not the other way around.

    He also would often show up in the afternoon rather than the morning. Starting the work day at 2 or 3, and then not leaving our house until late.

    Total time to remodel a shower, do two sink/cabinet replacements and two new mirrors) = 10 weeks.
