Kaci Construction is a company with a service guarantee like no other. We stand by our work and work to ensure you are pleased with your new home or home remodel. With a commitment to service and to the Pullman/Moscow region, we are dedicated to building homes on the Palouse, not just houses.
In 1978, George Kunkle founded GR Kunkle Construction in Pullman, WA. The business was then incorporated into Kunkle & Associates Construction Inc. in 1995 and later known as K.A.C.I. General Contractor. George was a former President of the Whitman County Builders Association and gives back to the county through high-quality general construction services that customers can depend on.
George surrounded himself with a knowledgeable and caring team of contractors. The staff had great experience and skill in both residential and commercial work. Their goal was to leave every single customer satisfied with sensitivity towards needs and budgets.
We carry that same heart today as Kaci Contruction.
In 2018, Kirby Daily purchased K.A.C.I. General Contractor with a desire to grow the company's service offerings, service area, and heart for homes.

Kaci Construction should be appalled and embarrassed of the quality of work or the inexcusable craftsmanship going on at The Grove apartments at Pullman, We understand the Arson fire was a major setback but that in no way should support this kind of work!!!! Every aspect of the construction is so sub-par it’s hard to describe in words without seeing fist hand. This isn’t even motel 6 quality. I’ve been in the construction business for over 25 years and thought I’ve seen everything. This project is the worst I’ve ever!!! it’s not just one or two items but every sub-contractor from the brick masons, the heating contractor and the crap the call line sets to the air conditioning units outside to the inside the drywall seams are visible everywhere can we say one coat of mud, the trim a 5 year old could do better and on and on and on. This is beyond disappointing. Campus Crest Should FIRE this Contractor and all there sub-contractors on the spot. Your whole crew staring at the top. No excuse Kaci Construction you control this project and your team has completely let down the city and the students of Pullman. Be ashamed be very ashamed!!

We called to get an estimate on projects at our house. They came out, took notes, saw what we wanted done and we never heard from them again, even after a couple of followup calls. Won't try them again.
