Through BuildZoom, I was given Kairos Air as one of the contractors to contact. I wanted to install a mini split AC in my 2 upstairs bedrooms with the outside unit on my balcony. The communication was good. The owner, Marco prepared an estimate for me. Do to Covid, we did our communication via phone calls, emails and texts and with pictures of the area that I sent him. He was great at answering my questions and I felt he was the best choice for me from the other contractors. Marco found me a super quiet Samsung Dual Split. I am so very please with his and his worker Christian, with their professionalism and their work. I'm especially pleased the unit itself is so very quiet. I live in a Townhouse community with an HOA. Thank you!
