These are just a few words to describe my experience with Kairos Roofing. As a Realtor; I was helping one of my previous customers obtain estimates for a new roof on their home. They are snowbirds, and were unable to attend return to Florida immediately after a roof leak was discovered. We obtained 5 bids on the house, 4 of the five provided estimates within $5k of each other. My customer chose Kairos. Zak the owner had come to the home and the only guy to actually get up on the roof to check it out. Both the homeowner and I felt most comfortable with him and his contract, which was also very thorough. Zak also checked the pavers on the driveway because he knew the weight of his roofing truck had the potential to cause damage. They completely covered the rear patio with plastic to ensure any falling debris would not disturb the patio pavers or the salt water pool. His guys got started right away, removed the old roof, installed the tar paper, new wood, new hurricane straps, sent me, the owner, his daughter pictures of every step of the way, sent all of us a copy of the City of Ft Lauderdale's inspection report. We did have to wait a few weeks for tile delivery; once it arrived the roof was finished in a few days and they sent us a copy of the final inspection. The roof looks great! They totally cleaned up after themselves as there isn't any debris on the grass, pavers, driveway or hedges. Leo the Supervisor is fluent in Spanish and he assisted me with a handyman guy to paint the facia and a few other things plus Kairos hooked me up with a Gutter Guy to provide a estimate.
