    After being promised so much from this contractor its sad to say after 10 months I still do not have a functioning pool - excuse after excuse ... lie after lie . Please do not use Kaiser pools .

    My wife and I shopped for a few months for a pool builder. It was overwhelming the amount of people that recommended Kaiser Pools. Once we met the Kaiser’s and their builder, we knew we had made a good decision.
    We love our pool and have zero complaints. They gave us great advice on equipment and a beautiful retaining wall.
    I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

    My pool did not get ordered and their excuse was employee in the office quit. I would not recommend them at all and none of my $8000.00 was refunded. Me Kaiser admitted he had Alzheimer's in a conversation on the phone my husband and I had. I understand not getting the $2500.00 to pool manufacturers but they should return my other money for first phase of work. They never did any work. Poor company and would not recommend them at all

    Horrible experience! Lack of communication between all parties. Issue with the concrete and got a series of finger pointing instead of fixing the issue. It took a month after all was done to get the decking covered to basically hide the concrete issues and we were told this was done as a courtesy to us. OMG! Are you kidding? This was their error and we are supposed to be grateful that they finally fixed it. Then they tried to scam us for more money above and beyond our signed contract. Thought that was cleared up and then today we received a statement in the mail for that supposed outstanding amount. We have a signed statement from the owner stating Paid in full and HE had the audacity to say we owe that extra money. He went on about morality well, a mans handshake and signature (the owner) i guess isnt very moral huh??I see an attorney in our future.

    Horrible. Delays, promises, they did not locate the light in the center of the pool. The concrete surround was the wrong color. They made constant excuses of why for two - three weeks no one was on site...etc.etc...
