Do not work with these people. Douglas Spiller is a documented liar and cheat and surrounds himself with similarly unscrupulous builders. Doug's company works with a home builder Prosperity Homes/M&G Construction/Emre Erkoc/Pablo Fierros (and all other names they operate under) that follows the same pattern of delaying agreed-upon work, denying guaranteed repairs for shoddy past work, and failing to practice even the most basic professional courtesy.
Doug once banged on our garage like a lunatic to get our attention, rather than calling us, which, oddly, HE AGREED to do. This was after he lied about "inspecting" our yard to determine that repairs were not necessary for his poor past work—in reality, Doug never actually came, proven by camera. Once the builder finally caved on doing the work, I'll agree that doug was nice enough (though he showed up more than an hour late)—even fertilized the yard for us. But none of that excuses this man's record of lies, failures, and refusal to own up to his mistakes and attitude. There isn't enough character space in this review to describe the rest of the nightmare these people put me and my wife through. His regular association with a borderline fraudulent builder is reason enough not to work with Douglas Spiller or Kaitlyn Landscaping. Avoid at all costs—because it WILL cost you.
