    remodel bathroom

    Michelle the project manager was absolutely great and walked us through everything. We visited showrooms and selected tiling, temperature control mechanisms, vanity and sink and she was there every step of the way. George the construction manager was onsite daily and worked closely with Javier who was responsible for most of the work. Demolition was done efficiently and quickly and installation of the tiling was done expertly. The secondary contractors were all extremely professional and special kudos go to Nick for the plumbing. Minor problems created by our building management (e.g. an unexpected one day water shutdown) was handled by Kalnik to make it a non event. A more serious problem (a broken part in the new bidet-toilet was resolved with only a minor delay, and again with the unending help and care from Michelle. Even after the project was finished we get follow-up from her to make sure we are completely satisfied
