recommended by locals who live in Waimea. we interviewed several other builders and found out that Kyle was the guy that the high end, older builder used. Kyle has been building for over 15 years and is still young and energetic.He is very knowledgable and solid contractor and has the local contacts with the subcontractors.
Kyle is friendly, easy to work with. not pushy,smart and suggested changes to the plans that the Oahu architect missed. several in fact that were all good suggestions. He was willing to go above and beyond what was strictly required.
Kyle is very responsive and gets back right away and communicates well.
the building process did have hiccups, and unexpected things came up but Kyle kept on it and managed the project through.
the house is well done and we are very pleased with the result.
Would highly recommend him.
