We’ve been in a Kammerzell home for a few months, but our house is already falling apart. The initial punch list is still incomplete, the sale price was over appraisal so we were forced to bring cash to the table, our home cost $100k more than the neighbor, we paid for a view lot that they covered up with fencing & other buildings before we even moved in…and too many more problems to list. I know it’s tough to find a house, but I regret moving here. If they took ownership of their mistakes and made a timely plan to remedy it, we would be more forgiving. As it stands, we’re tired of them firing subs, nepotism, blaming others, and general incompetence. Sure, the houses look cute but this was supposed to be our forever home. If you’re into over paying & under delivering, by all means buy one of their houses. They will contradict themselves, cost you more money, bring lots of drama, go on vacation while pushing your move-in date back weeks (costing us an extra $10,000)…oh, and the Eagle Point HOA is a nightmare. Good luck!
