Worst possible experience ever!
I bought my place in December 2021. I spoke w Kurt almost immediately thereafter.
Starting off, I stated that I didn't want to get strung out and put off between jobs. Well, that's exactly what happened. By Dec 2022, I had to fire him for lack of progress, unkempt commitments, and to find out, poor and unacceptable work... mind you, I had all buidling material on site by February 2022!
Engineers and inspectors made us fix several out of plumb and "hacks" that were poorly done. Attention to detail was careless, to say the least!
Once fired, his money shake down was on w his bookkeeper, Nicole Miller. She's a real special piece as well! Birds of a feather flock together... To release potential lean problems, I had to conceed payment... They charged interest on materials that I had never seen! It took several months to even get those delivered!
They are one of the only local contractors in pine/ featherville. Hire someone from mountain home if you want a legitimate business relationship! Buyer beware! This outfitt is a really piece! The locals, inspectors and other business will all tell you the same thing. At the end of the day, it was my fault I hired him!
