I hired him to remove an existing deck and to coat my basement outer wall a few feet down to prevent water seepage. The jobs were done quickly, efficiently and I would not hesitate to hire him again. Most importantly, he stayed within his quote.

In 2019, I had him put on a metal roof for me. He came did the job and left. He guaranteed me his work and if there were any problems to call him. And 2022, I called him, because the roof began to leak, he said he'd send somebody out. I waited and waited and I called him and called him repeatedly. He sent out a couple guys, they put a lat ter up to the roof ran their fingers along one of the easements and said they didn't know what the problem was if it started again to call them. It's now 2023, the whole roof is leaking, he will not take any calls he will not return any text messages you send him. I am on disability, I hope that he sleeps well at night knowing, that he did this to me. His metal roofs, are guanteed for approximately 4 yrs . After 4 yrs, youll never hear from him again. I gave him 1 star and he doesnt deserve that. Mr. Kanthe, do you know what Karma is?
