We contracted with Josh Kantor when he was doing business as Osprey Pools. He did not complete the pool in a timely manner and failed to pay his subcontractors, one of whom put a lien on our house, although we had paid Osprey Pools for the work. He is now doing business as Rubberstone, but he is funding that business from money he scammed from his previous clients. He is not a reputable businessman and should not be allowed to have a business until he cleans up the financial mess he left by cheating his clients.
