The owner came out to see the extent of our roof problems. He was able to assess and communicate everything that was needed to be done including taking photos. Shortly thereafter I received and approved a very professional proposal which included photos of the designated areas to be repaired and a complete rundown of everything what his company would perform to complete all of our roof repairs, plus at a reasonable price. In due time subsequent to a lot of rainy weather, the roofing crew came out to complete the repairs, which were done promptly and professionally as verified by my regular property maintenance man. I hope that I will not have to call upon this company again, but if new problems arise, I will not hesitate to call this company again for it's roofing repair services.
