We met and I received a quote to do the work to my bathroom. Re running a water line and updating the stack. We schedule a time about 3 days later on a Saturday. He said he was happy to work on the weekends. He texted me that morning that he would be a couple of hours late, but he promised he would get here. When he still had not arrived 3 hours later, we spoke, and he admitted that he had had a family emergency and would not be able to get to my job today. By now my day was shot and I could not make any new plans for the day. He promised that he would come the following day (Sunday) after he finished a quick project, Probably by 10 or 11. By 1:00 he was still a no show, and by 3:00 he admitted he would not be coming but we could reschedule 2 weeks from now. I accepted that schedule, and took the day off work. When I contacted him mid-week, he confirmed, but he had a little fix it job he was going to do first - should be here between 10 and 12. He promised to be here as soon as he could. At 12:30 he was still a no show. When I called, he indicated that the job was taking a little longer, but he would still come to my house, maybe around 2:00. I explained that I was upset because he had now taken 3 days of my life and that I had made appointments for myself for the late afternoon. All he had to offer was I am sorry - what would you like me to do. Do not plan on hiring this man and expecting him to make a schedule that he can live up to. Do not expect timely communication, on any delays that he might experience. Totally undependable and totally lacks of professionalism.
