We unfortunately try to get hold of our normal plumber and couldn’t. By a recommendation of a friend by second hand word of mouth we called this company. We got a response immediately. Unfortunately he charged me for the job instead of by the hour. Most plumbers charge by the hour. We only wanted our old toilet removed and the vanity sink in the bedroom bathroom. We had a leak where the toilet was anyways. Plan to do our bathroom over. So, For 1 1/2 hours we were first charged $820. We couldn’t believe it! Finally, He then lowered it to $720. He said he could install the new toilet and vanity sink for an additional $500. Are you kidding me!! We felt like we were really screwed. Never would recommend them or use them ever again!!’
