This business, in my opinion is shady. We put a full price offer for some land owned by this builder and then he goes up on the price and rejects our offer!! This company treats people like crap. All they are interested in is making money and zero customer service. We have tried for a month. The first lot we wanted, which showed for sale, after we said we wanted it, they came back and said the owner wanted that lot for a pre-sale lot! So why was it for sake to start with? We wasted 3 hours each way and lots of gas money to go see land in Cattail Creek, Pittsboro, only to be lied to and treated like crap. Beware of these people!
