    We would not recommended this builder and regret hiring him. He takes no responsibility for errors, whether huge or small, lacks attention to detail and refuses to correct major mistakes. His charges are inflated even though his materials are not top quality. Maximizing his profits are the sole focus.

This is not a builder that wants to be honest while building professional relationships; instead he is all about making money by withholding information to convince you to put down a non refundable deposit.
