Very disappointed in this contractor. Poor oversight of employees, refused to take responsibility after they damaged property and repair it the right way. Improper installation during construction is requiring a complete redo by another contractor. Would not recommend at all. The only thing they did do was finish the work on time. It would have been nice if the work had been done correctly. In order to keep our living room warm and our heat bill somewhat decent we have to have plastic over a brand new installed door they did until we can get a new contractor here to reinstall it. With temperatures hovering at 0 or lower that isn't going to happen until the weather cooperates and we are not happy. We've had 2 contractors look at it to verify the improper installation. We only wish it could be done sooner. The door just tipped the iceberg after the property damage.
