We have used Karl Sketchley, builder, for many projects. We had a large outdoor addition, which included a covered area, and a huge restoration project in our house after a flood. Karl and his team did a great job, were conscientious and they even kept things cleaned up during the remodels (which is unusual and very nice). Karl has an amazing carpenter working for him. I left the house when they were working on the indoor restoration and never had any issues. They were trustworthy, dependable and did a great job for us. (We did ask for lien releases from all the subs that Karl used. It is just a good idea to make sure all the subs get paid and that there won't be any liens on your property. We do that will all contractors.) The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that a couple subcontractors said Karl was a little slow in paying them. Overall we are very happy and will use Karl and his team again for future needs.
