    This is my second time working with Karls Construction. The first time I had a driveway removed and new raised aggregate driveway and walkway installed as well as the city sidewalk. Also at this time a shed pad which required 4 feet footers to be dug because it was on a hillside and poured. The city inspector was quite impressed with each inspection. Second the new shed was just installed complete with cedar shake siding. It is a miniature replica of my house. Perfect in every detail. I’m completely satisfied and will happily recommend them to all my friends.

    Concrete Foundation

    I hired Karls Construction to pour concrete foundation for a Structure to be placed on top of it. I have a paver patio that needed to have a strong foundation under the pavers for this structure. They removed pavers, poured concrete and leveled the entire area. They also had to reroute my sprinkler system since it was directly below one hole that was dug. Excellent job. They are also coming back to fit the removed pavers around the poles. Lucky me for hiring this company! Highly recommended
