I highly recommend Karoly Windows and Doors. My wife and I have been planning a few home renovation projects since we moved into our new home. At the top of my list was replacing the original single-paned windows with double hung replacement windows. We had Karoly come out to the house and take measurements over a year ago. When the time was right and money was in the bank, we reached out to Karoly and Brandon (vice president -trained by Karoly) came out to take final measurements and discuss the types of windows and doors we wanted. We were so comfortable with Brandon that we wrote out a check for our down payment that day. Brandon had the office staff send over the contract (very thorough and comprehensive) and set clear expectations for the production of the windows/doors, any custom features, and the installation timeline. Everything went smoothly and the install team was able to get all of the windows done in 1 day!!! They came back the next day to install the doors and everything went according to plan. Karoly Windows and Doors offer a quality service, professionalism, and responsiveness that few other vendors have not matched throughout our home renovation process.
