I thought KAS painting did a great job spray washing, sanding and painting our deck! They were good about keeping our property manager up to date on events so the communication was professional. They very efficiently completed the job in 2 days. I would definitely recommend them.

I would not recommend KAS Painting. The project was to finish prepping and paint new base and window / french door casing. The caulking was excessive, non existent and lumpy. Over spray on new hardwood floors through out kitchen, front room and 3 bedrooms, new cupboards in kitchen and bathroom. Closet doors (mirrored) also had over spray (3 bedrooms). Clothes in closet were supposed to be covered and they too had paint on them. I had to hire another company to come out and remove the caulk, smooth out the paint and fill which took 3 days!

The owner of KAS Painting, Kerry, is an extremely unprofessional man. Not only did he give our party two different quotes for the cost, he also called me a liar to the other party. When asked about it directly, he attempted to place the blame on us for misunderstanding him. An easily resolvable situation that was escalated for no reason other than Kerry refusing to email both parties together - instead he opted to directly respond to us separately, then attempted to call multiple times so nothing was in writing. I highly recommend not hiring this company.
