    This contractor/owner of 4231 N. Wolcott, Chicago, IL, 60613, without notice or consent cut approximately 25 feet of a adjacent property's fence in building out their garage. This contractor/owner also cut into the adjacent property's structure, damaging its foundation and causing bricks and cement to fall/move when installing a new walkway. Despite complaints, including police activity, the contractor/owner has refused to repair satisfactorily the damage it caused. This contractor/owner is building another house on Wolcott. I would urge anyone with property near this owner to ensure that it attends the zoning and construction government meetings, constantly checks on their property, and keeps a Platt of Survey on hand lest they enter to work from your property unauthorized or intentionally damage your property.
